I use it for my drum set, i'm not a drummer, but I own every thing on stage. And the drummers that I hire, like what I have for them. I us it for my drum mics, drummers don't hit the mics anymore, like they did the regular XLR mic cables. The only thing is I wish there was a 20 foot cable. that would be the bomb. this 3 foot cable I still have to use my 20ft. XLR regular cables.
