This guy is ridiculously skilled. Extremely disciplined and well versed, but the title says it all. This is a very good DVD for rock players looking to building technique. Along with exercises and strategies to build speed, this DVD provides something very useful and often overlooked... stretching exercises to do before your start shredding.
