The Krypton81 is a high output LED color mixing system. This unit provides an excellent color wash effect. Its RGB additive color mixing technology can be used to create multiple hughes of colors to set moods and scenes It can be mounted from a ceiling installed around a stage and suitable for most stage applications. It is composed of 8 LED boards that contain 81 LEDs per board. You have the option to control one board individually or all boards at once giving the user multiple options of creating many color combinations. With its multiple channel options you can take full control from color mixing dimming and strobing in every color.

Comments about Alkalite Krypton-81 Led System:
This Alkalite LED fixture will run all night and day and will barely generate any heat. There is a fan on the bak of the unit that draws air into the unit and it has the easiest job all night! This light doesn't have much throw (to be expected with an LED fixture) and the color mixing could be smoother. It has 9 standalone programs built in (1 sound-active mode) and can manually mix any [faded] color you desire. The manufacturer recommends using many of these to create a wash effect, but at this price, you would be better off buying 4X of the ADJ or Chauvet equivalents. It does have nice features, but the price is incredibly extreme for a (relatively) new DJ/ stage lighting technology.
