We bought this system for a dj that had limited Cargo space. I actually bought a referbished one from PSSL through [...] so it came with a flight box instead. The mic and head phones are really chincy however, you get what you pay for. The mixer is incredible. We were blown away by how well it sounds. You can change the gain settings but thats about it. would be nice for a split que for beat mixing, but otherwise its ok. The CD players are acceptable. No pitch lock/key lock,so you can make maria sound like barry manilow. Its not a true quick start with the que button. a small delay, but the quick start on the crossfader is pretty neat feature. We currently have this working with 2 Peavy PR15's, and a QSC GX5 amp. we only able to go a 1/4 on the volume with out it getting unbearibly loud. Its light, compact and is great for dj's wanting an affordable and compact rig. I would not recommend for clubs or any event that you would need to do any beat mixing or scratching. But for bands, and other mobile gigs, this will do just fine. Practice N Enjoy.

The product is perfect in so many ways, but the mic quit working on my first gig with this new unit, tried both mic 1 and 2 jacks, even tried old mic and new cord but still no mic sound. It worked fine in pretesting so I was not worried. very embarassing, had to scramble to hook up old mixing board. Over all not bad have yet to see what the maker of the product is going to do about it!
