Heavy duty pipe but seems to have weak knobs. Some knobs are so small that I had to use a multitool to tighten them enough to hold. Once set up they are very stable.

Great asset,mount your lights and leave them attached cuts down setup and tear down time. Built with sturdy quality material. Not lightweight junk.only down fall is it is a bit on the heavy side one person can setup but much easer with a second set of hands

I use to have a simular product with heavier light set-up. I had to sell off my equipment to make ends meet. Now that i'm back on my feet with my son who has joined the business, I wanted more options to the light stand & better adjustments to place the lights.

This stand is great and it serves its purpose well. The one and only issue I had, was that there were no assembly instructions included. Now, yes its just a light stand and a monkey could figure it out, but I still would have expected some kind of assembly instructions in there somewhere. This shouldnt prevent someone from buying at all, just some "gee whiz" info. You can find the assembly instructions on www.amerdicandj.com anyway.
