This controller is great for providing small mobile DMX light shows in a relatively small unit. Some of the programming procedures require me to reference the manual on a regular basis as I can't seem to easily memorize them but over all are not overly complicated. The sliders can be a bit touchy when attempting to access a light feature in a narrow channel range as a small nudge may increment 5 or 6 channels at a time. A feature request would be that the power be provided via an IEC cable instead of an external power adapter for simplicity and convenience.

I have used the previous version for several performances with an 8 piece group, and found it very easy to program and use. I wished it did have a show sequencer, but found with the sets changing during performances, that wouldn't work out anyways.
I use a 4ch dimmer pack, which to the controller looks like a fixture using 4 channel sliders. A 2nd pack uses the rest of that fixtures channel sliders. (very useful)
The new version of this product contains a USB backup/restore feature, which i wish the old one had (i've accidentally erased scenes before. Also i have a couple of different setups i like to perform with) A MIDI dump would be nice also.
Great job on the improvements made to this unit.
