I bought 4 of them. 1 of them had 3 LED's out and another one had 6 LED's out right out of the box. That is a quality control issue from the manufacturer. Items never should have left the factory like that. Don't they have final inspections in China before they package their products? This should have been caught at the factory.

These are DMX lights and can be fired at whatever speed your controller sets them to. A slow speed of only 5-15 seconds is no problem. If you are not in DMX mode and are using them without a controller then you may have trouble firing them at that speed manually.
