American DJ does not have a lighting system composed of Par 38's. They do sell Par 38's and lighting stands seperately through PSSL.
PSSL does offer a lighting system consisting of Par 38's (Eliminator Par 38 Portable Lighting Package) but does not include the dimmer switch.
The dimmer switch that is specified did not come up in my search. PSSL does provide the following dimmer for your needs (American DJ DP-415 4CH DMX Dimmer/ Switch Pack ).
