I got this package to power some par cans for a small outdoor light system we use for our youth group. I'm not sure what the other reviewer was talking about, but my system controls work properly. Perhaps he has a defective system. I find it easy to control and program. Good bang for the buck.

This product is easy to use as well as easy to program, however the MAJOR drawback of this piece is that it's not very smart. The sliders take a while to register when they they actually do. For example: If I have channel one at zero and bring it to let's say 50%, it won't change the intensity while i move the slider, if it changes intensity. Sometimes it only changes at 0 and 100%. Not sure why. It makes adjusting things one the fly and in beat impossible.
