This product is easy to use as well as easy to program, however the MAJOR drawback of this piece is that it's not very smart. The sliders take a while to register when they they actually do. For example: If I have channel one at zero and bring it to let's say 50%, it won't change the intensity while i move the slider, if it changes intensity. Sometimes it only changes at 0 and 100%. Not sure why. It makes adjusting things one the fly and in beat impossible.
