I love the versatility of this light and the ease of programming. It replaced a Sunray III in my system. Only issue is white does not produce white beams. It produces tri-color spots instead. If you need just white go with the starball or Spherion.

The video online does not do this product justice. Awesome display, add al little fog or HAze and you have "Da Bomb!" of lighting effects. The motor is a little loud, especially while stuttering, but any music will cover it up nicely. Avoid dead air and your in like Flynn! Looking to upgrade to LED?, then this should be your first piece in your new arsenal!

We use this light in a party lighting package that we rent out, and it is probably the most popular light in the package. It has long throw beams and moves with the low frequencies in songs. The only negatives to this item are the plastic build of the light, and the fact that it unfortunately makes a TON of noise when running. This is ok most of the time when the music is bumping, but annoying nonetheless. Great value for effect though.

I recently bought 2 of these fixtures for my Mobile DJ setup and was pretty impressed with the functionality,control and value of these lights. I am slowly making the transition to LED lighting and thought these would make a good fit. The only draw back I can find is the beams are low to non existent without fog. so if you want a light that shines its beams brightly without fog this might not be for you. Introduce a little fog and wow what an effect it makes.

This is an all around EXCELLENT fixture. I know, I know, it doesn't look all that exciting, but it is one of those sleeper effects, that turns out to be extremely useful. A pair of these works great for slow dances, and you can put them into sound active mode for fast songs, and they do pretty well there as well. If you use fog or Haze with them, you will be quite shocked how good they look. Don't believe me? Look at the demo video I am posting here. I did the demo video in a large cultural hall, 60 foot wide by 80 foot long, with a 25 foot ceiling, and they fill the space. I was standing about 25 feet back I think when I took the demo vid. Also, I have attached a regular review vid as well.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
