Good adhesion without pulling up the finish.
Because of the width and "stickiness" of the tape sometimes tore in the wrong place.
Easy enough to get short pieces of tape and good for long runs. Able to get 4-5 cords covered by tape.
Good for DJ/VJ who runs alot of audio, video, dmx cables.

I purchased this to tape cables to the floor and in a not so perfect situation the plug into the wall.
Well this last weekend I had that no so perfect situation. I had to run 50' of power cable to get to a second outlet that was on a different breaker.
This was well within where the kids (prom) could kick, unplug, trip, etc over the cables.
This tape stuck VERY well to the floor holding the cables secure.
When I peeled it off the wall to release the plug from the outlet, it left behind some residue. I had to spend 20min cleaning it off the wall.
Yes I realize it's tape, but the Gaffers tape I purchased locally last season doesn't have this issue.
Be ready with some goo-gone and some elbow grease in case it does this to you.

This tape is difficult to tear but saves money when gaffing tape is not necessary. It does pull wax up off floors occasionally. We keep it on hand at all times, however prefer the gaffing tape for quality venues with antique wood or stone slate floors
