I have two and use them for my DJ business to connect my laptop to my DJ mixer. They work and sound great and are fully compatible with the Virtual DJ software I use. Allows each player to be on a separate mixer channel. I can also record from the mixer directly into my laptop.
I also love it because it gets power from the USB cable so it doesn't need it's own AC power cord. Small and compact, fits right in behind the mixer and all I do is plug the USB cable in and go.

I have old equipment and virtual dj pro 7 software, no time code cd's. Going to update equipment, but for now, I would like to control music on my pc including scratch mixing. Will this interface allow me to do that? If so, is this all I need?
