I have used both models of the vertigo and found that the new LED Tri-vertigo's are a lot lighter than the previous model, they run cooler, and they are definitely brighter.

although it is not as bright as the original, it is a good selling tool for a mobile dj like myself. Offering all L.E.D. and Lazer show at a low low price. Now that's a 3 Alarm Advantage!!!

Like I said, there's trade-offs. The old Vertigo had broader beams (more room filling). New one's are narrow & sharp. Nothing wrong with that. Good thing I bought 2. The sensitivity is the only real con on this unit. It has to be placed close to the speaker (or crank the hell out of the music) for the sound activation to work properly. Still a good light for the price!

VERY NICE BEAM THROW, QUIET, COOL, VERY BRIGHT, i use this product on all my parties. they run all night without getting hot. i love the built in programs and for the price you just cant go wrong I have a pair of these and its quite cool when its in pairs since they arent dmx its just sound activated only,i dont know about sensitivity issues cuz i dont have that issue yet (knock on wood, It does make some motor noise when the beams move, but you don't hear it with music playing.

I use two Vertigos from a truss. These lights throw out plenty of LEDs to light up any venue. The strobe effect is amazing, they are easily set up, and are one of the best lights that I have ever used.

i use this product on all my parties. they run all night without getting hot. i love the built in programs and for the price you just cant go wrong so i'm planning on adding more of these units to my set up..love this pruduct. good job adj.

This light eliminates the need for a separate power drop because of it's low wattage requirements. Runs very cool.

I have more than 25 years experience as a DJ. For the money...this light is a steal. It adds great movement to any dance floor. I have several old Vertigo's and other lighting effects and recently replaced everything with the LED versions. No comparison. The Vertigo LED version is hands down better. More colors, tighter beams, more programs as well as lower cost and longevity. Before recommending any light show package, always ask client ahead of time if any guests have epilepsy. You never want your light display triggering an seizure.

Speakers got to really be blasting in front of this thing to keep going, need to raise the sensativity.

Runs cool and has some cool effects. Downside is the amount of light it throws. No where close to as bright as an old vertigo with bulbs.

This new LED Vertigo light is nice but it is somewhat different from the older bulb version. This one has smaller tighter beams with smaller spots on the floor but the beams and spots change color since it has a tri-color LED inside. It will also strobe now and then. It does make some motor noise when the beams move, but you don't hear it with music playing. I think the older version put out more light and color but I love the fact that the new one is LED. I am changing all of my lights to LED. Find a good store and go see a demo on all of this new LED lighting coming out. Also check [@] for a demo.

This light will replace all of our old vertigos. It takes less power, doesn't get hot and has a cool look to it.
