I own a mobile DJ service and have a 10ft. crank truss system. One of the connectors broke when dropped in 30 degree weather on the concrete. Luckily, it was while we were loading the equipment to go home. Unfortunatly, we had another gig only a few days later. We found the part on PSSL.com, ordered it on a Monday and crossed our fingers that it fit. [...] it fit like a glove. Couldn't have asked for a better made part.
