Ready To Go – Out Of The Box

All Intimidator™ series model have plug and play capability. Just plug your lights in and link similar units together and your light show is ready to go, drawing from hundreds of pre-programmed movements and shows. With any Intimidator™ fixture, you get a dazzling show in just a few minutes. You can add the CH-X Easy controller and have blackout control over the Intimidator™ 1.0, Intimidator™ 1.2 and Intimidator™ Color. For even more control, choose the Intimidator™ 2.0 and the CA-9 Easy controller, which in addition to blackout, also controls strobing and the speed of the programs.

Complete Control – DMX

All Intimidator™ models have DMX-512 on board. This allows you complete control of color, gobo, pan, tilt and strobing (based on the unit). Use any universal DMX controller, such as the DMX-7, DMX-44 or DMX-55 from CHAUVET to customize your light show, choosing from a variety of gobos and vibrant, dichroic colors.

The Lineup

Intimidator™ 1.0 is the most compact, lightweight unit. Housed in a sleek, attractive casing, it is easy to store and transport. It has 4 DMX channels: pan, tilt, color/gobo and strobe. The unit sports a 24V 250W lamp with a state of the art electronic transformer. The combined color and gobo wheel offers a myriad of choices to create any mood. IntimidatorTM1.0 will link with IntimidatorTM 1.2.
Intimidator™ 1.2 is a 5-channel version of the 1.0. It features separate color and gobo wheels allowing you to create your own color/gobo combinations. The unit is lightweight and compact with a 24V 250W lamp and electronic transformer.

Intimidator™ 2.0 and companion barrel scan, Insignia™ 2.0 are found in thousands of clubs, bars, churches and mobile rigs and it’s easy to see why they are so popular. These 5-channel units have superb movement, separate color and gobo wheels (including glass gobos), pan, tilt and strobing. Each comes with a 24V 250W lamp and a sleek new case.

Intimidator™ Color is a color changer that can be used either as a spot or a wash (utilizing the free wash lens included). This 4-channel unit features 14 dichroic colors plus white, speed of color changes, strobing and dimming. The stand-alone programs offer the user a choice of slow or fast color changes.
