The CM.205 and the CM.203 are Stanton’s first official CD Mixers and in this era of the mini (everything) they have come right in time. Not only are they compact and attractive, they get the job done! The CM series offers 2 top loading CD players and a mixer in one 19” unit, giving DJs an all in one solution that is backed with true quality.

Versatile, Dependable and Compact.

These players were designed by DJs, and will soon find themselves not only in the hands of mobile DJs everywhere but also in restaurants, bars, fitness centers, and other locations. Its compact, 19” rack mount size (removable rack ears included) makes the CD mixer easy to manage and also very sleek. Weighing in at a mere 11lbs, the CD Mixers can be easily carried under your arm or in a simple shoulder carry case. However, if you would like to add on a second pair of cd players, a laptop, a portable music player, such as an iPodTM, or any other audio source, you will be pleased to know there is room for growth with two extra line inputs! We’ve even included one mini to RCA cable so you can hook up your MP3 Player right out of the box. The microphone input completes the picture for a truly versatile system.
Big things come in small packages as these units will attest. Identical in size and weight, the CM.203 and CM.205 both have the same mixer features: Three band channel EQ, Master volume, Mic volume, Cue volume, Cue Mix, Master out, Record out and both mini jack and standard 1/4” headphone outs.

In addition to this, both players also have Relay Play, Fader Start and an 8% pitch control with pitch bend that give you total control over your music mixes.

The relay button let’s you automatically alternate song play from the 2 on board CD players, giving you the flexibility of hours of mixed music without having to touch the controls. Then you can take back control and start the music up with just a slide of the cross fader by activating the fader start feature.

CM.203 VS. CM.205

Both units have a similar look and controls, but the CM.205 has a few added features. The CM.205 offers you the ability to play MP3 disks in addition to regular CDs. This allows you to have up to 200 songs at your finger tips with just 2 MP3 CDs. In addition, the CM.205 also has a 20-sec anti-shock buffer memory for those venues that really start to rock.

The CM.203 and CM.205 are universal solutions for both venues and DJs of all calibers. They are great as either a primary system or are an economical solution for a backup system.
