First the product it self was average, but to deal with B52 as a customer was unbelievable. [...] After 1 year of use it broke so we called B52 for a authorized repair site and sent it down for repair. The repairman found $700 of damage but also could not find the serial #s on the sub, stated they looked painted over.(The last TV I bought at [...] did not have the serial #'s on the reciept) B52 felt that the people that sold them to us should have had those #'s on the reciept(PSSL). Out of curiosity we looked at the other one that we had purchased and that did not have a serial # either, so they will not honor the warranty and even accused us of possible theft in light of a sales reciept. So we do not have a sub, no way to get it(will not ship it back), and no way to prove it is ours. I bet they have a way to repair it and sell it though....wonder if that was what happened to the first set we got????
