We have been in the industry for over 25 years and used more/less everything. We swear by QSC and lets be clear that qsc k8,k10,k12,kw181 (we use them all) are king. However, when it comes to a sub these are great. We have had two of them for right at a year and have been blown away. They cost about 1/3 as much as a kw181 and 1/2 as much as a ksub. They are much powerful then a ksub. Now, they are not a KW181! But they are pretty darn good. We recently did a dance at Bullard high school with 600 kids. We used 4 k10's and two of these. I played two of them for 3 hours with nothing but hard hitting dance and they were great. The question is how long will they last? So far so good on about 200 wedings per year. Thats about 40 wedding pr speaker so far. I bought the exdended warranty for peace of mind...But I ain't used it yet. I really can't say anything bad about them. Don't run them in the red and you should be fine. If they had casters they would get 5 stars....

Sounded really good until day two, when it went out. I was not even pushing it. Gain levels remained below 50%.

Smallest form factor for a 1400w powered sub I've ever seen! Really controllable bottom end thump with the "Bass Boost" feature. It is at home in a small, medium or large system setup. I'm pairing two of them with either 2 Mackie SRM450s or 2 Bose L1 Model 1's. They also sound really good with 2 JBL Eon G2 10's! Nicely done!
