Another addition to Behringer's EUROLIVE Series, the B212A is a high-power, 400-Watt, 2-way lightweight PA active speaker solution that is just one size down from our B215A speakers. It delivers excellent sound even at extreme sound pressure levels. The B212A boasts an integrated sound processor that gives you the ultimate system control and offer reliable speaker protection. At its heart is an extremely powerful 12" long-excursion driver matched to a 1.25" titanium diaphragm compression driver for incredibly deep bass and tremendous acoustic power. In addition, you get ULN Mic/Line input with volume control and peak LED plus a dedicated 2-band EQ. A Line Out connector lets you connect additional speaker systems. Versatile trapezoidal enclosure design allows different positioning: stand mounting with 35-mm pole socket or side tilt positioning for use as a floor monitor. Ergonomically shaped handles for easy carrying and setup round off this incredible feature set.

I needed something compact but powerful enough to use for on-site wedding ceremonies and cocktail hours without moving my 15" JBL Eons around during the event. I picked up one of these, and it fit the bill perfectly. For these applications I'm obviously not using it to try to blow out huge crowds, but the sound is very clear and gets the job done. Lightweight and easy to mount, and plenty of input/output options for connecting to your source.

A great little spk. for the $!! I origionally called them through away spks just because they were so inexpensive and purchased on a whim, but as I kept using them, (great on the back) I use them all the time now with a sub. At a gig I do during the week (at a marina) I was carting my stuff to the deck from the parking lot, I just through one on top of my wire bag. The uneven concrete walk shook the speeker off the cart and bang bam, it bounced on the cement walk twice before coming to a stop. The cab has a split where the seem is and a really nasty scrape as well. I didn't know what was gonna be when I set-up. They worked great and now have battle wounds to boot! They are great for wedding cerimonies at indoor or outdoor chapples or whenever just a vocal is needed. I use to carry a set of mackies just in case, but I trust these guys now and it iz what it iz!! A lot of stores won't carry them because they wouldn't sell as much of higher end stuff. Good job Behringer!!!

These speakers are great for mobile work and as a club monitor. I use them for both applications. You definitely need a sub for bigger events or for hip hop or other bass heavy music. Throw these speakers on some stands and let em go for broke. I've also used the 15" version of this speaker and it is just as nice. The 15" version is obviously a bit heavier though. These are definitely a good buy.

IT PERFORMS WELL FOR A LOW PRICE POWERED SPEAKER. IT PUTS OUT MORE POWER THAN SPEAKERS TWICE THE PRICE. THE ADJUSTABLE HIGHS AND LOWS HELP GET THE BEST SOUND. I USE IT FOR SMALL TO MEDIUM SIZED VENUES AND AS A MONITOR AT CLUBS.

These speakers are exactly what I needed. For smaller venues, they are excellent mains and for larger shows they function perfectly as loud, crisp monitors. You might want to augment with a subwoofer if you are running bass/piano through these speakers. They reproduce vocals perfectly, and such touchy things as a miked guitar amp come out clear and fat. I still have not turned these all the way up, as they are LOUD (and good). The ability to run XLR direct to the speaker is very nice for solo jobs. If you are on a budget, and tired of hauling around heavy gear, get these speakers. They're small enough that you can fit two of them into a rolling SKB speaker case.

I'm trying to find out how many line inputs there are on this speaker since it doesn't show the picture of the back and I cant get the manual to download. Am I correct in saying there's one dedicated 1/4" line input and one dedicated XLR mic input? Is the XLR out for connecting to the other speaker?
