It has a ton of different sounds. The directions could be more specific. But if you know anything about effect units, you will catch on quick. You can pre-set effects for different songs. I have owned this for 5 years. It gets used almost every Fri. & Sat. and I had ZERO problems with it. I also have a Midi Verb, I use that for the guitars. This is a nice unit and easy to use. Try it you'll like it !!!
