Even though I don't own these speakers...I have had the pleasure of hearing them side by side of other popular speakers. Here is what I heard...they blew the Yamaha 15" Club Series out the water, they also topped the JBL's 15" Club Series Models...but not by much (very close). The only speaker that I heard that topped them in that powered speaker category was the ones I purchased...the QSC K12's. However, the QSC are doubled the price...but for the money...They are great investment.

For the price it is the best speaker I have ever owned. I run Mackie 450's and these blow them away. The only complaint is that the pole mount is to small and needs to be opened to fit standard speaker stands
