Comments about Behringer VMX200 DJ Mixer W/BPM & Qrs 3D Effects:
I've had this for over 3 years now. Started off as a low-cost backup for my Numark PPD-01. After the Numark shorted out and died, the VMX became my primary mixer. It survived some hostile party environment usage (humid, smoke-filled, constant vibration, moisture) and did it's job. It's gone back to backup/bedroom usage, but I'd trust it to work a show again.CONS: One 2 occassions during live events the mixer acted like it popped a fuse (lights went out and equalizer shut off), but continued to work properly. The QRS surround sound function is all marketing- it doesn't do anything to the sound except for distort it somewhat.Build quality is soso - plastic dials and such... but what do you expect for[$]?
