Originally picked up a set of these as backup microphones never intending to use them for much.
Was running a panel with multiple speakers, and one girl was particularly hard to hear through her SM58. Replaced her mic with one of these to see if it would help, and I was able to get a clear sound with less gain.
They sound a little cheap, but if you just need to make sure some presenters can be heard in a large room they work great.
I just wish Behringer made these without switches.

Nice mics for the money,I run an outdoor karaoke show down here in Panama City Beach and the salt air is HARD on equipment(not to mention the occasional one too many to drink singers).
I needed inexpensive mics to use but did'nt want to lose the quality of my sound,these microphones fit the bill perfectly, so far they have taken drops from singers and myself,and the salt air has not caused any problems as of yet.
And they even come in thier own case with included mic holders! NICE....
