Comments about Behringer Xenyx 1202 12-Input 2-Bus Mixer:

I bought my first Behringer over 10 years ago when pssl started selling them. I moved from the 502, 802 all the way up to this model and the one with effects. Really, if you need four mic inputs in a serious but affordable sub mixer, you gotta have this unit. Another great aspect of this model is that it has four STEREO channels. I use it for Karaoke, mic 1 for myself and 2, 3, and 4 for the singers. Then I run my Numark dual players plus two dvd players through the stereo channels. I also have a pair of Mackie mixers, the 1202 and the 1402. They sit on my shelf. I have 7 of these units and am buying another one today. This mixer is loaded and is great!

    • Q:

Will this communicate with a computer in and out from a dual 1/4
Inch to USB adaptor? I think you also need a line in from the computer to complete the circuit, correct? Also, would a dual 1/4 inch to USB adaptor even work as an interface with the computer? Might need a USB mixer for that...

        A:

The 1/4 to USB adapter will be able to connect to this but the reliability of it may vary. A usb mixer would be a more stable way to record in. Another option would be an external sound card with 1/4" or XLR inputs.

You would need to the USB cable that will go from the out of your mixer and into your computer. For more information about the mixer, please call us at 1800-268-5520
