As a singer/songwriter this is an awesome tool to have. Very easy and intuitive controls, I learned how to use it in minutes. The ability to save loops to memory is very useful and the multiple loop functions make it a great writing tool. Good amount of memory to store the loops too.
The drum machine is a nice touch as well, with a lot more selection of different drum patterns that I expected.
My only complaint is that you have to have a VERY clean guitar/amp sound to get the most out of the save functions otherwise you'll get that underlying hiss which isn't what you want (if you're using it with an acoustic guitar like myself).
Overall awesome product though, worth the money!

I have used several Loop Stations. Love this one. Click once to start and click a second time to start back your loop.
Essentially
Start your rhythm track - go through the motions - click again and start soloing over the top of it.
I actually ran in the imput with a split connection (guitar and piano) started playing piano, looped it and came in with guitar solo on the fly.
