    Comments about CAD GXL3000 Multi-pattern Condenser Microphone:

    I've had this the GXL3000 for almost a year now and I have to say this microphone is really good. I used it with Pro Tools and I rarely have to use my preamp(Behringer MIC800 Ultra Compact Mic Modeling Preamp)with this mic. This microphone is a little heavier than an average microphone so I would suggest getting a good mic. stand, you don't want your equipment tipping on you. No cons at all, and the price couldn't get any better either.All my friends were surprised of the quality of this microphone compared to the price.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
