The CVA-121 is a flagship 21-inch active subwoofer with tremendous power output and exceptional low-frequency response. The custom designed 21-inch driver uses the legendary Cerwin-Vega Stroker™ three spider technology for maximum cone excursion and voice-coil efficiency. The CVA-121 features built-in amplification for a fully integrated solution with an authoritative 1200 watts of continuous output and 2400 watt peaks. A unique and striking cast aluminum grille doubles as a heat-sink to minimize power compression and optimizing driver performance. The CVA-121 is constructed of hardwood with the option of a Coolex® polyurethane paint or high-grade black carpet finish, in a compact enclosure design that has the footprint of a standard 18-inch subwoofer. This high-performance active sub features XLR and 1/4” TRS connectors, Master/Slave output connectors for daisy-chaining multiple CVA subwoofers using a single signal, and a versatile onboard parametric equalizer that allows for the adjustment of the gain, frequency, and Q for perfecting your bass performance. A top-mounted 35 mm pole socket accommodates a satellite speaker for full range performance, and removable casters add to the sub’s portability.

i have 4 of these and i want 4 more i also have 10 of the dual 8s tops everybody is amazed of the sound i get when i do the bigger set up. the only downsize for the 21inch its heavy but worth it.

Very Powerfull! First party it was getting a little warm and the amp was shutting off. Could have been poor location as far as air circulation. Two will deffinetly be better so i dont push it. Sound is quality. I could hear it across the street in [@]I forgot to play with the polarity aswell.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I bought two of these subwoofers when they first came out. I was a bit worried about putting alot of money down on something that I havnt personally heard before. But, I must say since I bought these Subwoofers I havnt looked back! I also own a couple of Mackie SWA-1801 Subwoofers and this subwoofer blows them out of the water - BY FAR! In an decent sized room (50' x 50') one of these monsters can give you a headache from bass! In a large room or gym two of these things can give you more than enough bass for any type of music. Disc Jockeys, Buy this sub and no longer worry about the bass quality on some rap music this thing can handle it all!
