Freedom Strip Mini takes the very popular COLORstrip Mini and integrates battery power and D-Fi 2.4GHz wireless DMX. A lightweight, rechargeable Li Ion battery powers the unit for up to 8 hours. When wireless DMX isn't needed, easy "point and shoot" operation is achieved with the infrared remote control (IRC). Freedom Strip Mini works in master/slave mode with COLORstrip and COLORstrip Mini.

Comments about Chauvet Freedom Strip Mini Wireless DMX LED Bar:
This is an amazing light. I now have 4 of them and trying to find at least 20 more. I use them for uplighting. Easy to set up and program.

Comments about Chauvet Freedom Strip Mini Wireless DMX LED Bar:
I have 4 Chauvet Colorsrip LED Bars in a fixed wedding venue installation, so I was familiar with my 2 new Freedom Strip Mini's DMX operation.
The Freedom Strip Mini's are easy to set up and operate. They are quite flexible with lots of lighting possibilities.
I currently use 900 Mhz transmitters and receivers with my fixed system. I mistakenly thought they would work with the Freedom's. I ordered the proper 2.4 Ghz transmitter and never looked back. Although the Freedom's include both a transmitter and receiver, I needed both on the wireless receiving end.
Fixed mounting is easy, but mobile use may require a little creativity. I mounted each to a short, black board, then to a square T-bar for support. I use them individually on light weight 9 foot light stands. You can literally stick them anywhere.
The built in batteries charge up overnight and last the entire evening!
These lights are truely flexible, easy to operate and put out "a lot of light" for the size. I'll probably get a few more in time.

Comments about Chauvet Freedom Strip Mini Wireless DMX LED Bar:
Purchased this unit with the D-Fi 2.4 DMX remote... Money well spent. The battery operation worked well in a room with few outlets. It's a bit bigger than my mini-strips, but the colors are the same and the functions link with all my other fixtures.
