I needed a small hand-held UV source to test out some new equipment. Though I was worried about the cheap price equating to cheap product, this little light works great - provided it is used in low ambient lighting. Unlike LED UV lights, this classic UV bulb design actually works on all types of fluorescent substrate. The tiny white LED "torch" on the end is extremely weak, but a free addition - so no complaints.
