How these people are saying the front is week and they're breaking it, well duh! ITS NOT LEXAN! ITS NOT BULLET proof! I'd hate to see how many glasses they break in an hour. If you're careful with this light like you are everything else in your system, you'll be fine. I wrap the chord around the front and the back and pack in my light trunk . They are VERY bright. The only downfall I found is how long it takes to go to the steady strobe effect.. WOW thats too long! Don't go for the alternating of more one techno strobe, it won't work like you want.. takes WAY TOO LONG! For a wash? You bet. go for it, but get at least 2 of them. Oh, and be CAREFUL WITH YOUR LIGHTS, YOU PAY good money for them T A K E CARE OF THEM!!!

Great Lights but front plastic VERY breakable. Not nearly thick or flexible enough. Have broken 4 fronts out of the 18 of these that I own. Plus PC board not supported well enough fo travel. They are the cat's meow if you keep them in one place. But if you travel with them, have a soldering iron handy to fix broken traces on the circuit board. On the good side, low power consumption and excellent punch for the price. Good fixture for close side fills of front line because no heat generation.

Brought 4, on one unit one string of 4 lights goes off & you need to press it for it to go back on, also the plastic covering that covers all the LEDs crack easily, other than that very nice eye candy.
