What are the dimensions of this light?
Achu P on Sep 28, 2016
BEST ANSWER: The barrel is 8" in diameter probably 10-11" w/ bracket .
Without the c-clamp it is about 18" in length.
The best light I have found especially at the current price. I now have six for aa small theater and they work great.
Is there any way to control the dimming speed in DMX use? Mine are dimming to blackout very slowly.
Jim on Sep 11, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I'm having the same issue so I hope there is an answer to this question.
Is there an internal fan in this light? If so, how noisy is it?
steve g on Jul 2, 2016
BEST ANSWER: There is a small fan which runs quietly and continuously. I measured about 50 decibels at one meter and only about 60 db right next to the housing which I think is very quiet. If you are using these in a theater light gallery I don't think they would add any noise. For the immense amount of color that these put out, the fan is minimal. They do produce a bit if heat on the lense side and the fresnel lenses scratch fairly easy. I have had many comments about these lights in particular because of the intensity. They are really powerful.
What is the throw estimation of this unit?
A shopper on May 16, 2016
BEST ANSWER: As with any other light, the throw will depend on the surrounding environment and ambient light in the area. In a relatively dark setting, you could expect this to throw at least 15 feet. In a very dark setting, up to 30. Hope that helps.

Very intense
I purchased 2 of these to begin. I'm up to 6 now. These are easily the brightest fixtures in my lighting arsenal. They probably bring the most comments too. Just having the ability to ignite a large structure with color is amazing. I'm using a simple RGB controller now to link them and run color fades, uplighting and music activated pulses. Nothing else comes close to the intensity that these generate. When you set them up, be sure to put them on the same node so they sync together. It's in their programming steps. Pretty straight forward. Seriously, these seem to be under the radar. I don't know why there are no other reviews. They come with a fresnel lense to narrow the focus into a beam or take the lense off for a flood effect. They have a quiet fan. If I could only bring one light system to an event, this would probably be it and I have a lot of light systems to pick from. These have the most overall impact. I've had an owner of a lighting specialty company come over to ask where I got them. He was amazed at the intensity of 150 watt LED's. I lit a white vinyl structure 4 stories tall and 120 feet by 80 feet. Someone made a video from outside because it lit up like lightning all around the building. If you can't tell, I'm quite pleased so far with these lights.
