So far it seems that is going to last. It's seems that is well made, for the price is not bad at all.

It does not fit my 17inch laptop.i did not return it coz i do not want to pay for shipping it back.it is okey with the 15inch.again it is not ng t going to fit the 17inch laptop.

I have used the product daily for a month and a half. I carry a 15'' laptop, two pair of headphones, and other smaller auxiliary items.

Overall I am disappointed because the bag has GREAT potential. It is a perfect mix of "heavy duty" material, functional design, and good style - ultimately held back by the poor construction I describe here.

The one star rating is primarily due to extremely poor strap construction. When received, the sewing which attaches the strap to the bag was already stretched apart from the bag. After a month it has become looser and appears that it will continue to pull out with use. More recently the plastic rectangular ring used to adjust the strap length broke when it was caught on my shirt button. Additionally the stitching on the shoulder pad has come undone lengthwise on top - though not a threat to the integrity of the pad.

Another oddity was a zipper placed in the secondary compartment (under the flap) does not have a pull tab to unzip. Not sure if this purpose to add style or another construction flaw.

Even at the sale price, I would not buy this bag again and would return it if able.

Ample room for all my stuff and a quality made bag. Couldn't be happier with the purchase.

Overall it could have maybe an inch more room just for ease of getting the laptop in/out of its pocket. I would prefer an additional clip in the front for extra security of what is inside that outer pocket as well; as I see the front left tiny pocket as virtually useless.

I will say on a positive note that the variety of pockets on the interior of the bag are quite handy. I have been able to find a home for just about everything I need in there. Just not much room for anything else.
