Bracket screws are very strong, and all materials are good quality. Downside is that it doesn't collapse for easy transport (like inside a gig bag).

Needs to fit different styles of tables, for clamps as well as some sort of alternate positioning for the rack, underneath either a mixer or laptop is useless, I had to get another regular stand and stick the small rack in between the two in order to hold a small effects processor. Some safer way to attach the rack on the sides of two laptop stands would be cool.

This is a great product and great price for what you get. If I had anything to say it'd be that its a bit bulky. with it attached to my coffin, I can't attach my casing to the decks cause the lower support gets in the way. However other than that you are getting a product you can trust and that says a lot considering what's at stake. Probably, one of the best on the market. See the reviews yourself, its what got me to buy this and I'm happy with it.

It is stable, easy to assemble and attaches and removes easily. The tray is worthless, however, as it does not attach securely. I would buy a cheaper model without the tray as you do not want to put anything but a piece of paper on the tray.

Can you change the clamps to hold onto a shelf? Instead of clamping
"n" which clamps downward like in the picture but clamp like "C" which clamps sideways.
