EV FORCE-I-25 DUAL 15-INCH/600W 2-WAY LOUDSPEAKER

Electro-Voice knows what the dual 15-inch two-way customer wants - more BASS! Designed with the "Subwoofer Up" approach, the Force i25 reproduces tremendous low-end along with patented Electro-Voice high and mid-range clarity. Able to handle 600 watts continuous, 2400 watts peak, Force i25 is a complete system for the mobile DJ or band that needs extended low frequency drive, and outstanding portability. While competitors waste enclosure volume on trapezoidal designs (which were really intended for multiple speaker arrays), Force i25 utilizes an Anti-Trap approach gaining more enclosure volume and incredible bass. Built-in wheels and a handle on top provide comfortable ergonomics for rolling the Force i25 from the van to the gig. Listen to the difference and you'll be blown away. 48.1kg (106lbs)

Utilizing a two elementshaded array, the upper woofer covers bass and midswhile the lower woofer combines to drive the huge bassport with room-shaking efficiency. EV's Ring ModeDecoupling (RMD) technology assures that voices andinstruments will stay smooth and detailed regardlessof level. The DH3 one inch exit true compression driver has a pure titanium diaphragm for sparkling, crystal clear highs. Coupled with EV's proven 80? x 55? low distortion Constant Directivity? horn, your audience will hear more details more clearly throughout more of the room than with typical competitive 90? horns. The large single handle on the top of the enclosure makes it easy to tilt and roll the Force i25 on its built-in pocket wheels. For truly outstanding performance, power a pair of Electro-Voice Force i25's with an Electro-Voice CP2200 power amplifier or a Dynacord PowerMate? powered mixer.

Blew Away My Expectations!!!
Pros: Great Sound Quality,Huge Sound Output
Cons: Heavy

I have been using this cabinet for DJing and Sound Reinforcement for a while, and I have to tell you that no cabinet I have used has been as amazing to work with as these. I’ve used these side-by-side with Carvin TRX-153B’s and Cerwin Vega PSX-253’s (both are 3-Way speakers), and the i25’s have out-played them both, in bass, midrange, and high frequencies. If you want a speaker that will put out a lot of sound in a truly remarkable (and affordable) package, there is nothing better than these EV’s!

WOW these are loud
Pros: Powerful,Attractive Design,Easy To Connect,Great Sound Quality

WOW, I got these in 2 days ago and I can only say that they are huge, loud, and have the best sound quality, I mean you can turn these up and they don't even flinch. I'm driving them with the new QSC GX 5 and it puts out 700 to 800 each side and i never put these pass 400 - 500 watts each side because my ceiling lights started to flicker!!
They are just waiting to get some real power and i cant wait to see how the take it.These have power but i don't understand why mine didn't come with the metal corners???

Stadium sound system quality AMAZING!!!
Pros: Crisp Sound,Very Loud,Easy To Set Up,Attractive Design,Good Power Output,Powerful Bass,Great Sound Quality
Cons: Heavy

WOW!!!! I've been in the djing and sound systems business for over 20 years and I have heard almost all types of sound systems big and small. I have not yet heard a set of dual 15" slim full range speaker sound so clear and so loud and the bass literally PUNCH hard. These speaker sound better to me than alot of high end EAW speakers, the crossover in theses boxes are amazing. I put a crest audio CA9 on these bad boys and all night I had people coming to me saying these speakers (RING!!) that means LOUD. I played these beasts outside and was told I was heard over a city block away and clear. The only thing I don't like too much about these boxes is the type of process wood it is made with (I like birch wood). GREAT JOB!!! EV....

awesome sound,but heavy ,has rollers
Pros: Great highs,Good bass,Clear Sound
Cons: Breaks Easily

Love the speakers, but after using them around the sixth time a tweeter in one speaker totally stopped working on me. Will fix and continue using . They really do have a good combination of highs and lows but not alot if mids. If you like crisp high with alot of bass without a floor sub it is the speaker to go with!!!!!

I like this model a lot
Pros: Clear Sound,Powerful
Cons: Breaks Easily

I've had the I-25's for about 9 months QSC plx3402 driving them, they take the abuse that my amp sends out, just about everything the amp has too 1100w @ 4ohms theese speakers were rated at 600w@4 ohms and i clip the hell out of the amp, ive replaced both drivers though, first one blew and second one faded out, other than that they sound amazing, i've done 800+ proms with them,

Great Speaker
Pros: Wheels on Bottom,Easy To Connect,Great Sound Quality,Crisp Sound,Attractive Design,Powerful
Cons: Heavy

I just bough me a pair of these bad boys and I love them. They sound great. Have crisp clean highs and mids all while thumping your chest with amazing bass. I am a mobile dj so the only downfall to these speakers is the size and wieght. They are slightly over 100 pounds so until I can afford a trailer for myself, I need help loading them into my van. I currently power the pair with a QSC GX-5 amp. Between gigs I store them in my basement so when friends come over to watch movies, I just plug these babies in. You can bet the walls shake.

these babies rock!!
Pros: Crisp Sound,Easy To Connect,Powerful,Great Sound Quality,Attractive Design
Cons: Heavy

I've had my I-25's about 2 years. I use them 8 times a month. After about 5 months the twitter went out in one. Got it repaired and a few weeks later, the other one shut down. Found out that the EV's(I-25)has very low tolerance for feedback. The twitters are expensive to replace compared to other speakers that i use. But after I eliminated the feedback problem, the speakers have and still do kick butt. As long as you stay within the power ratings, you are good to go with these babies.
