Comments about Fender Deluxe '70 Precision Bass Guitar MN:

This P Bass has incredible tone and it translates well live and in the studio. I would advise setting this up when you get it. I got mine and as is understandable, when these ship they are detuned and they are in storage. You can get away with just tuning up and playing but if you invest the extra 50-60 bucks into getting it professionally set up you will be blown away at the extra potential of this bass. The Fender P Bass has made a name for itself for a reason and that reason is consistent tone and even the factory pickups sounds incredible.

I have a Schecter Diamond series and love it, but when I started playing on this bass, it's hard to go back. No matter what style you play this bass has the versatility and durability to handle whatever you throw at it and keep surprising you with how great it sounds. The tuning doesn't go out very easily which is nice. I use this live and in the studio and it excels in both environments. I play funk rock, jazz, groove and lounge beats primarily and it works perfectly in all of those genres.
