      Hi Ray,

This amp has incredible clean tones. If your plan us to use this to amplify an acoustic/eclectric guitar then your needs will definately be met. This amp has a 10 inch speaker and is 25 watts so the volume and tone will be perfect for small coffee shop gigs, or bars, and is great for simply practicing in your room. You'll appreciate the range this has on the reverb as it will really make those full strum chords sound nice. You asked about feedback... the problem of feedback on an acoustic/electric guitar is usually becaue the pick up eq on the guitar is not properly adjusted or the player is facing to close to the amp/pa system. I hope this helps. I am a guitar player and get the priveledge of playing through this very amp on my lunch breaks her at the PSSL showroom so I can attest to its tone.
