Their truss bears the certification mark from TUV, a third party certification body and a nationally recognized testing laboratory (just like OSHA). In other words, their trussing is made from certified T-6082, high quality aluminum and steel which is the same material air planes are made of! This durable, yet lightweight, brushed aluminum is crafted so it both absorbs and reflects light giving your set-up a polished attractive appearance, as well as the strength and ruggedness you would expect from Global Truss. These square building and/or extension segments are constructed with a heavy duty tubing that is 2" in diameter. These outer support beams are 11 7/16" apart and held together by sturdy 3/4" diagnal bracings.

We use these for our mobile video gigs wher we take 2x50" plasma's (new ones) and do mobile events. Weddings,prom's, corporate events.
