Have set up and improved sound systems for many churches, and generally recomended Shure PG or SM for hand-heald wireless. When I found a pastor who just refused to spend the kind of money it took to purchase two Shure wireless mics, a friend suggested I try these... I feel that they work as well (if not better) than the Shures!

Unfortunately, I cannot give a good review on this system. I bought it 3 months ago and it's been a nightmare since. I've been a professional DJ for 13 years now and have never had this much trouble with a mic system. I do weddings, parties, festivals, etc. and need reliable sound. These mics will cut in and out on you. It doesn't matter on the range because they will cut in and out at any range. This makes them very unreliable and basically unusable in a professional application. Gemini came up with all kinds of excuses. When the problems did happen on the job, I pulled out my Shure PG288 system and the problems disappeared. It was clearly within the Gemini mics. These mics are now for the kids at home with their karaoke system. That's all they are good for [...]

Comments about Gemini DJ Gemini Wireless Dual Channel 2 Handheld System:
This unit is being used for weddings,& events that require a durable microphone system. This UHF system gives me the versatility similar of a more expensive unit, within a budget. I utilize two other high end units for professional singers at special events, but have had to use this unit and the artist was very pleased. I purchased this unit based on the performance of two other units I now own.

Comments about Gemini DJ Gemini Wireless Dual Channel 2 Handheld System:
Used the microphones in 12 different weddings, inside and out, Parties and night club use. I wanted to try this system and see if I wanted to invest money in a more costly system. I then purchased a share page Vocopro UHF5800 4 Handheld Uhf 4Ch Wirless System, however the microphones seem cheaply made in comparison to the Gemini Microphones. I also noticed a slight feedback with the Vocopro system and did not have that with the Geminis.

I love the sound these mics put out, but I have purchased 4 of them and 2 of the 4 lost one mic. It is frustrating. They also have a tendancy to be overpowered and bite back when hitting hard notes

Comments about Gemini DJ Gemini Wireless Dual Channel 2 Handheld System:
I use these mic's at Karaoke Shows (At better clubs) and at Weddings. Excellent vocal sound reproduction. Nearly as good as my AKG mic. For sure they are better than Shure mic's and a lot less expensive! Oh, by the way, at those Karaoke Clubs where the there's a rough crowd I use wired Berringer 1800S mic's. At [$] a piece I'm not too worried about damaged mic's. The Gemini mic's are too good for that type of crowd.

I've been a Peavey wireless user for years until now. This mic set up was recommended to me by a sales person...this thing packs a punch! Sounds great without distortion. Great for people who don't know how to speak into a mic properly.
