Comments about Gemini DJ Gemini XGA-2000 Professional Power Amplifier:
These amps are the worst ive ever delt with i have no idead where they get 2000 watts at 8 ohms they only send out 90 per channel. i bought the 2000 and the 4000 and just fried the 4000 due to only getting 350watts at a 4 ohm load. Don't waste your money trying to go cheap, spend the money on a reliable product.

For the price of this Gemini amp you may not feel as comfortable having a crown amp or something along those lines but I run this into my CD-Mixer and 2 JBL JRX 115's! and it works fantastic! amps are where you can cut back on your budget if your starting out and looking to save and thanks to PSSL i was hooked up with this unit and so far am completely satisfied. Thanks PSSL.

ohms are a unit of electrical resistance equal to the resistance between two points on a conductor when a potential difference of one volt between them produces a current of one ampere . Powered speakers don't need an amp, its already built in.Answered on 10/20/2010 by Louis from PSSL
