This is a great hinge, that you can't find at most hardware stores (I went to the big stores and the local groups and most didn't even know what I was talking about). The only downside is knowing where the hinge should be attached in order to help the lid open and close without difficulty. I think I re-positioned it 3 times before it was where I needed it to be. Since then, no issues.
