Some songs simply demand the intimate, subtle tones of a nylon-string guitar. Along with our traditional G5 classical, Ibanez offers modern acoustic-electrics with cutaways for easier upper-access. The GA6 features a classical-sized body while the GA5TCE has a thinner body, narrow neck and a 14th fret body joint (instead of the traditional classical 12th fret).
In addition to their great tone, nylon-string guitars have another advantage: they're much easier on the fingers than steel strings, which makes them great student instruments. Unfortunately, many really affordable beginner classical guitars aren't real instruments (don't be seduced by cheap department store imposters).

I just bought this guitar and it is really nice. I like the thin body. Workmanship looks great as does the sound and feel. It also has the ability to adjust the neck with a hex wrench to get the action just right. The only problem with the thin body is most guitar cases are too big. [@] can give you suggestions for a hard case to fit, but you're on your own on a soft case. I tried an electric guitar case, but the case was just a bit short.
