I bought this stand for my mobile ceremony gigs. It works perfect. Doesn't bend, wobble or anything. The only small con, which isn't a big deal to me is, when you want to move the table higher, the legs don't tighten well and they tend to slowly lower over time. But I just keep it at the orginal level and it works fine.

I have many different Ultimate speaker stands and think that they are all fantastic, but this Jamstand does not live up to their reputation. I am a mobile DJ and planned on using it to hold up my system. However it is not as stable as other Ultimate products and the legs protrude out too far and I am afraid I will either trip on them one day or worse yet I will knock the whole system down during a gig.

The Price I thought, was great, but once I received it in the mail I was disappointed, because it is backed by Ultimate Support. This is the first product from Ultimate Support that is poorly designed. The legs crushed the knobs that keeps it from extending out. Some of the welds were borken off, because wells were only tacked not welded. Lucky, I have a friend that owns a welder and he repaired it for me to save from shipping it back and added metal wing nuts instead of the plastic knobs that broke off during shipping.
