I purchased a Martin Magic Moon years ago and it was the king of the light show! It lasted for years and went through rough weather and transport. Eventually it died and I replaced it with a cheaper brand--what a huge mistake!!! I've missed my Martin and just purchased the Raptor. I can't wait to make this magic moon baby the new king of my show!

I wrote the first review below (I couldn't spell 'definitely' in 2007 I guess!). I still have the same two I bought in 2006 and I still have yet to replace a bulb. These lights are true workhorses! They've been to hundred's of events with me. (Although one was dropped a few years ago and doesn't rotate.) I use the non-rotating light on the ground as a ceiling light, and the other on my stand. Combine these with some nice LED effects to complete the lighting package and I'm happy. These were even stolen and recovered by the police! HA!

I bought a pair of Martin Raptors 5 years ago for over $300 each, which was a great buy back then. At its current price I might buy another set!
You really can't go wrong with any effect light by Martin. Martin is simply the best of the best when it comes to lighting...and at this price get one (or two) now!
