Mixvibes VFX Control video controller and software
VFX CONTROL enables you to mix, sync, crossfade your multimedia files (music videos, movies, audio files...) using the intuitive display of a classic DJ booth: 2 channels and a central mixer. The package is an all-in-on turnkey solution including VFX software and an Audio/MIDI controller unit.The supplied MIDI controller is designed to be light and mobile. It easily fits in installations such as bars, clubs or restaurants thanks to its 19 inch rack design. It features a built-in soundcard featuring 3 stereo channel outputs: 2 for channel playback, 1 for headphone monitoring. For high precision mixing, the touch-sensitive jogwheels will perfectly adjust the BPM (pitch bend) or scratch your music and video files with no latency.

MixVibes' powerful VFX software not only allows you to play the most popular music and video file formats, but to add exclusive content to your performance. VFX software enables you:- to insert text, dynamic flash animations, visuals or your logo on the fly.
- to liven your mix with 20 audio/video effects. Each audio effect is translated into a visual effect. Visual effects can be synchronized with the audio BPM.
- to broadcast live from external video sources (webcams, camcorders...)
- to manage multiple playlists and file formats : mp4, mpeg, wmv, avi, mov, divx, wav, mp3... (see below for full list)
- to browse through your files visually using file covers and album jackets

Being a DJ, I didnt really know how to mix videos because there wasn't really any affordable way to mix and play with video clips. But VFX Control is just the perfect controller to do so! You really mix videos like audio files! No need to be an expert, the video effects are the same as your regular audio effects (phaser, reverb etc.) plus other effects specific to videos... They really made it easy to start playing with the controller ("plug and play" - literally), it's definitely a great surprise, and the software is reliable too! I'd definitely use it at my next gig! Thumbs up!

FIRST I'LL SAY THAT THE IDEA THAT THIS UNIT IS BASED ON IS ON THE MARK FOR DJ/VJING IN TODAYS MARKET!!!! IM very disappointed with MIXVIBES/MIXWARE[US Distributor]. ABSOLUTELY HORRID SUPPORT!!![...] I tried the latest update to the VFX Control software[on the [@] site]...NO CHANGE!!! MY LAPTOP: INTEL I7, 4GIGS, 512MB GDDR3 NVIDIA GeForce 310M, 7200 RPM HD!!! This unit needs further development and PSSL...IMHO...should'nt even sell it considering the fact that THEY[PSSL] have the word PROFESSIONAL in their name. This unit, truly is not PROFESSIONAL NOR IS IT EVEN FOR A HOBBYIST!! ALSO NOTE: THAT THE TWO UNITS I RECIEVED, BOTH ARRIVED WITH THE EURO POWER PLUGS, SO I HAD TO PURCHASE AN ADAPTOR TO EVEN TEST THE UNIT!! I WENT BACK TO SERATO WITH VSL!! ROCK SOLID PERFORMANCE SHOW AFTER SHOW!! NOTHING ELSE TO SAY ABOUT VFX "NO" CONTROL!!
