Comments about Nady U-81-OCTAVO 8 Ch. UHF Sys. - 4 Hand & 4 Lav:
[...] Upon arrival unit had 1 dead microphone. Another microphone was mislabled on the wrong frequency (so we had 2 mics on that frequency). Channel 5 squelch is incorrectly set and cannot be changed by the user. Per the included instructions, I contacted Nady support instead of the delaler. It was the most beligerant support I've ever dealt with. They said they could not help, but to go back to the dealer. They even went as far as to make accusation that once it left the factory, the dealer could have opened the box, etc and caused the product to be broken. Contacted the dealer. [...] However, when they called Nady Support, the support told them that perhaps my kid dropped the mic or that I somehow broke it. (never mind that the labels on one of the mics were directly from the factory and wrong) and that they couldn't tell what was wrong. [...] I will never purchase a Nady product again based on my experience with beligerant and rude support that was less than helpful and actually accusatory in nature. This is the least customer friendly company I have ever spoken to.
