The Numark TT-200 is a breakthrough in turntable technology. It comes with a straight tone arm that you can switch with an optional S-shaped tone arm to fit just about any mixing style. The high-torque direct-drive motor can be controlled in both directions via dual start/stop controls. Another important DJ feature is a user replaceable pitch fader and optional target light.

I have been using these for 2 years and at first they seem like a great deal but don't be fooled. The faceplate on mine have started to peel off. The tonearm isn't too great and the light weight of the turntable cause needle jumps and unwanted tonearm vibrations at large events. If you just starting out this might be good for you but if you want these to DJ bigger events go with something else.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

As a poor just getting by dj, i'm always looking to save a buck without comprimising my sound, these do the trick, I play on techs all the time but have no problem switching back to these. A very sturdy durrable design. Great for mobil applications. They're not techs, but will do the trick.

I use these tables on a regular basis. They are light weight with no feed back.As a mobile and club DJ I have no problem packing up and gigging with the TT-200's. Same pitch contrtol as the 1200's.There are no better turntables for the price.Excellent with Serato.
