The TTXUSB stands alone among professional turntables because it was exclusively designed for the modern DJ, with a silicon rubber base that absorbs vibration and dampens low end feedback, and an interchangeable tone arm system that adapts to any DJ style. The TTXUSB, like its predecesor, features user-variable torque. The TTXUSB also delivers versatility and control thanks to an illuminated output bay, a built-in BPM counter, and interchangeable S-shaped or straight tonearms. Best of all, the TTXUSB`s built-in USB connector simplifies connection to a computer for fast, professional grade vinyl-to-digital transfer.
As an added benefit, vinyl-to-digital conversion takes just a few mouse clicks thanks to the bundled EZ Vinyl Converter software; a new program available exclusively to Numark that quickly converts vinyl tracks directly to iTunes. Additional features include digital outputs for direct sampling, Key Lock and ?50% pitch control for unprecedented mixing options. The TTXUSB remains ahead of the game and delivers a new standard in turntables by expanding the possibilities of vinyl.

Comments about Numark TTX-USB High Torq D-Drive Turntable W/USB:
I use the Technics 1200 for many years and was good. But I read about this wonderful turntable and i decided to own it. I changed the traditional way to use turntables and I got now a pair of TTX. I like to use the straight arm (you can change it whenever you want). You can change the way to use the turntable moving the pitch too for a battle position. Its very confortable this way. The double start/stop and reverse buttons makes this turntable amazing

Comments about Numark TTX-USB High Torq D-Drive Turntable W/USB:
I've been using these turntables since the year they came out and I was sad to hear that they have been discontinued. It's true that Technics takes the cake as the industry standard, but the expanded features these turntables have over any Technics turntable cannot be denied, especially for remix DJ's. The KEY LOCK feature and pitch control that can go up to +-50% led to a lot of wild vinyl mixes and experimental mixes as well. I also made a lot of money working with these for years, they never let me down. More recently, they've been working just fine with serato scratch live for me as well, so long as I don't confuse the program by leaving the KEY LOCK on. I don't want to have to go to 1200's, they are great but they don't have all of the features I'm looking for.

Comments about Numark TTX-USB High Torq D-Drive Turntable W/USB:
Other DJ's I know have talked about the 1200s for years. I have always wanted some but could never afford them. I finally wanted tables of my oun that would last a long time but had features I wanted on CD players, then I ran across the TTX USB. My mixing & scratching is great. I have had no probs with these tables. The motor is good & strong, the Key Lock is great(I never have to wory about hearing the chipmunks when mixing a fast song with a slow one), the adjustable pitch is one of the best things I've seen on a turntable, also turning vinal to digital is a snap. I let another DJ borrow ont to convert his vinals & now he's talking about getting the TTX(& he was telling me to get the 1200s, LOL). I could have bought the 1200s for more, I would have wasted my money. The 12s were the best back in the day but the TTX has taken over!
