This was my first case that I used as a mobile DJ and I liked it the whole time. I am a virtual DJ so the shelf on the top was great for the laptop. Only problem with that is if you have a topper and you want all of your equipment hid, the laptop sits to high. The only other con is the weight of the case. The only thing I ever had it in was a Denon DN-X500 mixer board (that fit perfectly; not a tight fit). It was not the heaviest peice of gear, but I needed something lighter and that had more spaces before I started loading more gear into my rack. Great rack though for those who DJ with computers and do not have a laptop stand. I do however recommend getting a laptop cooler if you do not already own one.

I use this product for my mobile DJ gigs.
PROS: The case is very sturdy. Cables snake through case well.
CONS: I have had a difficult time getting my 19" mixers to fit in the 8U space. Mixer's that are exactly 19" and more than 2" high, may not fit easily, as there are screws holding the case together that keep it from seating correctly.
