I have used these for 3 years now and they are durable and reliable. They set up and hold up with many setup and take down's. The lighted Feedback detectors are great in detecting what speaker is picking up the feedback. For small to mid-sized rooms they do rock.

          A:

These Peavey PV-115s are great speakers that are very durable and most importantly reliable. They sound great and perform well for a variety of event sizes. When coupled with a sub, you are going to add more bottom end to your sound. With the Peavey PV-118 18in 400W Subwoofer you can mount the PV-115 ontop with a pole for a well put together look and solid sound.

I want to use two of these speakers with one input on my Crown amplifier, can this be done without damaging either product

        • CUSTOMER CARE

          A:

You can chain speakers in parallel from a power amp. Just be aware you will be changing the resistance which will change the amount of power being drawn from the amp. These speakers run at 400w at 8ohms. If you were to run them in parrallel they will be running at 4ohms which will change the amount of power they recieve. So check your power amp and see what the power rating is at 4 ohms. And remember it is usually recommended to give pa speakers 2X the recomended power.

No, these are "Passive" speakers and would need amplification. These are probably one of the most popular passive speakers available. The lows are pretty intense and the mids and highs are nice and crisp. If you need further assistance please feel free to call. 800-945-9300, ext 8103
