BEST ANSWER: I would recommend this case for your needs
Arriba AS175 Rolling Speaker Bag With Wheels
Item # 58315
I've seen some package deals online pairing the PV-115D with it's non-powered cousin the PV-115. When these two are put together it is running a "mono" signal, correct (not stereo)?
Toe-Moss on Mar 19, 2014
BEST ANSWER: Yes, when you put the PV-115D 15" 2 Way Powered Speaker with the PV-115 it is running a mono signal, so you buy one powered and one matching passive and you end up with (2) powered speakers! (The PV115 gets power from the PV115D.)
I have a couple questions - 1. I bought 1 powered and 1 passive of these speakers. Can you tell me the best way to set this up to my pa system without a sub woofer?
I have 2 xrl outputs on my pa, but also I have a 1 main 1/4 inch output on p.a as well - so should I just use the one main 1/4 inch output to hook to powered speaker then link the passive speaker to the powered speaker?
DANNY on Feb 23, 2013
BEST ANSWER: It's always best to use an XLR connection if possible but yes, the setup you described would work as well.
